So we're seeking an HR enthusiast who understands the importance of their division. The HR Intern will work closely with the CEO, Operations Manager, and HR Associate. The role is both strategic and hands-on, designed to support the management team of successful candidate will be responsible to build the foundation for our HR team from scratch. He/she will cover all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, learning & development, and ensuring HR functional excellence as grows and expands across markets. We'll be growing aggressively over the next 6 months, and need someone who can lead us there while maintaining a high standard for team & talent. For this reason, we'll emphasize recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. Our employees are the core of, which is why we are looking for individuals who are passionate about their craft and can relate to values and vision, and deliver on them through human resources.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute recruitment strategy to recruit and retain top talent
  • Ensure high employee engagement
  • Map out learning and development programs
  • Build employee career development plans
  • Scope quarterly/annually performance review processes
  • Manage complex, multi-cultural and fast-changing work environment
  • Build and nurture relationships at all levels of Greenhouse
  • Manage conflicts & resolutions
  • Develop a performance-based culture centered around our values, mission, and culture

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  • Knowledge and Experience in HR Systems, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development.
  • Proven history of success in building and executing on your own HR programs
  • Competencies for recruitment planning
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
  • Good understanding of labor law and HR best practices in Indonesia
  • Fluid knowledge of competitive landscape and ability to research to inform
  • Strong time management
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa
  • Less than one-year relevant experiences are preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
